If your order arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us immediately at info@printperfect.store with your order reference number and clear photos of the damaged items and packaging. We will review the case and arrange for a replacement or reprint as per our Refund Policy.
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address. If delivery fails due to an incorrect address provided by the user, additional shipping charges will apply for redelivery attempts.
