For the best results, we recommend submitting your files in Print-Ready PDF format. However, our design team also accepts .AI, .EPS, and high-resolution .TIFF files. To ensure your colors remain accurate, please ensure your files are set to CMYK color mode rather than RGB, and that all fonts are converted to outlines to prevent formatting issues.
Digital printing is ideal for short runs (small quantities) and offers a faster turnaround with the ability for variable data (custom names/codes). Offset printing uses plates and wet ink, making it the most cost-effective solution for high-volume orders (usually 500+ units). Offset printing provides the highest possible color fidelity and is the gold standard for luxury branding.
You must include a Bleed Area in your design. At Print Perfect, we require a minimum of 3mm (0.125 inches) of bleed on all sides. This means your background colors or images should extend past the final trim line. This allows for slight mechanical variations during the precision cutting process, ensuring a clean, edge-to-edge finish.
