Print Perfect provides custom-printed products. Because many items are made to order, returns and refunds depend on the circumstances described below.
Customised items printed with your design, text, or artwork are generally not eligible for return for “change of mind” reasons, as they are produced specifically for you. This policy is standard for personalized goods.
You may request a replacement or refund within 14 days of delivery if:
Important: Slight colour variations may occur due to screen differences and material types. Minor variations are not considered defects.

After review, we may offer: A replacement, a reprint, a partial refund, or a full refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
If you approved the digital proof, you confirm spelling, layout, and design are correct. We are not responsible for errors visible in the approved proof once production has started.
You may cancel only before production begins. Once production has started, cancellation is not possible due to the personalized nature of the product.
Do not return items without contacting us first. Unapproved returns may not be processed.
If the issue is due to our error, we handle the resolution. For non-defect reasons or approved discretionary returns, shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
