4. Colour Variation

Printed colours may differ slightly from on-screen previews due to screen calibration differences, fabric/material type, and the printing method used. We aim for consistency based on the approved proof.

5. Customer Artwork and Intellectual Property

By submitting artwork, you confirm you have the legal rights to use it. We may refuse to print content that appears illegal, harmful, hateful, defamatory, or infringing on copyright/trademarks. We do not claim ownership of your designs.

6. Order Timelines and Delivery

Dispatch and delivery times depend on product type, order volume, and destination. Estimated timelines are not guarantees unless explicitly stated in writing. Delays caused by couriers are outside our direct control.
